Power Automate technology has been used to perform the data integration between Zoho CRM and Business Central ERP.
Why the client needed this service?
What the client needed was for the information generated in CRM to be integrated into their ERP (Business Central) automatically.
That is to say, having Zoho that allows you to manage your contacts, offers, commercial follow-up, etc., you also use Business Central to be able to keep the accounting and management of the business and that both tools communicate with each other.
Instead of doing it directly from Business Central, by programming, we have implemented a "low-code" solution, with which it is not necessary to touch any of the 2 platforms.
This is handled by Power Automate, which reads the modified data in the CRM and executes an unassisted, i.e. automatic, process, thus integrating the change in Business Central.
